SEDA Develops Tools for Communicating with Trading Partners

Good communication and teamwork between customers and vendors results in greater mutual achievements. With that in mind, SEDA is pleased to present both vendor and distributor report cards. These partnership tools are designed to communicate areas of success as well as concern in your business relationships. By openly addressing these issues with your trading partners on an

ongoing basis, it will help eliminate problems and allow you to focus on growing your business.

Here are links to three Trading Partner Relation Building Tools:

Each if these forms is self-explanatory. The timing of how often to use these tools with your trading partners is left to your judgment, but we suggest using them on a quarterly or semi-annual basis. Contact your trading partners at your earliest convenience about implementing these relationship-building reports.

SEDA thanks Fred Ryan, Moldex Metric, Inc. for spearheading development of the report cards, and Heidi Levitt, Levitt Safety and Teresa Brunner, Moldex Metric for their valuable input.
