SEDA
Members Approve By-Laws Change
SEDA’s distributor members recently voted
to change the SEDA by-laws in order to modernize them and encourage new
SEDA members to join the organization. The amendments consist of a
change to allow distributor members to be headquartered outside of North
America and a change to allow the Board to amend the by-laws if a
majority of directors approves the amendment. To see the full text of
the revised by-laws, go to the SEDA web site at
www.safetycentral.org in the Members Only Section. |
