Fall QSSP Class Graduates 32

The fall session of the QSSP (Qualified Safety Sales Professional) course concluded on November 14, 2003 in Louisville, Kentucky. Thirty-two attendees passed the course and were very excited about the training. Some comments included:

• Excellent way to elevate our status in the “Safety Chain.” We become better, more knowledgeable, with better techniques to serve the customer. Everyone benefits! (Royce Humphreys, Conney Safety Products)

• Even though a safety sales veteran, the material was a timely review and very challenging. I am reminded how much knowledge and expertise facilitate solution based selling. (Fred Abbott, MSA)
