SEDA Fundamentals of Safety & Health Seminar a Success: Next session set for April 4-5

SEDA’s second Fundamentals of Safety & Health (FOSH) Seminar was a resounding success. Held in Reno, NV in October, the two-day class for inside sales and customer service reps garnered rave reviews from the eighteen attendees.   Rick Rivkin, President, Saf-T-Gard, said this about the program:

“Saf-T-Gard sent two new sales reps to Fundamentals of Safety in Reno.  They returned today and could not stop raving about the program.  Space and time do not permit me to share all of their comments and quotes, but Bill [Simkins] was a fantastic instructor and the information and presentation were outstanding."

This two-day seminar/workshop is designed for safety sales professionals who are relatively new to the applied safety and health industry (less than two years) who need to expand their working knowledge of occupational health and safety and OSHA’s requirements for employers (customers) in the workplace.

The two days are a jammed-packed, concise review of “everything safety sales representatives” should know about OSHA, and critical safety hazard areas. In addition, focus is given on key safety and health issues safety sales professionals need to know to be most effective when talking with safety customers. This course is perfect for Customer Service Representatives, Insides Sales as well as field sales professionals.

The next FOSH class has just been announced for April 4-5, 2005 in Orlando, Fla. at the Embassy Suites, Orlando Airport. The cost is $495 per person and details on the program and registration information is attached. Plan to send your inside sales staff and new field sales people to the next Fundamentals of Safety & Health seminar.
