Space Available for the Spring QSSP Course

The April 2006 QSSP Class--scheduled for April 24-28 at the Holiday Inn Hurstbourne in Louisville, Kentucky-- still has space available. This course remains the gold standard for safety sales training in the safety equipment industry. Safety professionals at all levels continue to participate in this program. Most graduates would highly recommend QSSP to colleagues involved in sales, marketing or industry support services.

Attendees will participate in interactive sessions and hands-on workshops in addition to base informative lectures.

Three distinguished course faculty instructors guide students throughout the week. Course Director, Richard D. Fulwiler, ScD CIH, has been overseeing QSSP since the course inception in 1996. Dr. Fulwiler has a BS in Chemistry, an MS in Industrial Health, an ScD in Environmental Health and is certified in the comprehensive practice of industrial hygiene. He is a recent past president of the American Academy of Industrial Hygiene, an Adjunct Professor at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine, an author of numerous papers and a chapter on occupational health and safety and is a frequent speaker at conferences.

Course instructor, Richard G. Raymer, CSP is an authority in current safety management approaches. He has over 25 years experience leading the implantation of comprehensive health and safety management systems – gained during a 30 year career with Proctor & Gamble. Mr. Raymer is a Board Certified Safety Professional. He is an adjunct faculty at the University of Cincinnati teaching advance level collegiate classes on health and safety issues. Mr. Raymer is a contributing author to the Handbook of Chemical Health and Safety. He has a BS in Science and Mechanical Engineering.

Course instructor William E. Simkins, CSP, REP has more than 25 years of applied occupational health and safety experience. As well as a QSSP instructor, he is also the instructor for SEDA's Fundamentals of Safety and Health program (FOSH). Mr. Simkins has a BS in Public Health, an MS in Chemical Engineering and an MS in Environmental Science. He is an associate member of the American Conference of Governmental Industrial Hygienists and a professional member of the American Society of Safety Engineers and the American Industrial Hygiene Association.
