Robert Nadeau of Industrial Performance
Group will be giving a presentation at Safety Week 2006 on Overcoming
the Five Common Barriers to Peak Sales Performance. This presentation is
based on research by the Industrial Performance Group that shows that
manufacturers, distributors and independent reps can easily achieve
double-digit growth with low risk and no additional sales and marketing
costs.
Despite all the changes that have occurred
in our industry, two things have remained constant. Time is still a
salesperson’s most valuable resource. And there are only so many hours
in a day to get everything done. To succeed in this environment we need
to identify opportunities to “free up" the time of one of your most
valuable assets – your salespeople.
To accomplish this goal, we first need to
gain a better understanding of what consumes their time. Toward that
end, we would like your salespeople to participate in a brief electronic
survey. Their responses will be collected and tabulated by the
Industrial Performance Group. Your salespeople do not need to identify
themselves or your company in any way.
If you would like to participate in this
effort, please forward the email message below to all of your
salespeople.
The results of this survey will be
presented at the Safety Week 2006 meeting, June 25-27, 2006.

E-Survey To Identify What Consumes A
Salesperson’s Time

valuable assets – our salespeople.
To accomplish this goal, we first need to

we would like you to participate in a brief electronic survey. Your
responses will be collected and tabulated by the Industrial Performance
Group, a company that specializes in helping organizations improve sales
force productivity. You do not need to identify yourself in any way, so
please be frank in your answers.
The results of this survey will be
presented Safety Week 2006 meeting, June 25-27, 2006.
I realize this is another demand on your
time. However, it is a very important first step in helping us find ways
to give you more time to concentrate on your primary function – selling.
