Safety Week 2006 is
set for June 25-27 at the Château Élan Winery and Resort in
Braselton, Georgia. |
Don’t miss the
best opportunity you will have this year to network with your peers
and other channel partners at Safety Week 2006 being held June 25-27
at the
Château Élan
Winery and Resort in Braselton, Georgia. We expect to have over 20
distributor member companies represented at this year’s meeting, the
strongest distributor attendance in recent years and a strong
representation from manufacturer companies as well. This year’s
meeting is a joint meeting of SEDA and the |
International
Glove Association (IGA) and promises just the right mix of stimulating
business sessions and one-on-one networking opportunities that you won’t
find at a traditional trade show.
This year’s
conference includes a strong line-up of speakers and round table
discussions that will help you answer the tough questions and keep you
competitive in the marketplace. Featured speaker and business growth
expert, Steve Little, will explore how other companies have been able to
expand their businesses in the 21st century. Robert Nadeau
will help you overcome the five barriers to peak sales performance.
Brian Beaulieu will help you understand whether China and India are our
business friends or foes and what economic trends are on the horizon. A
representative from the US Customs office will help you understand how
to navigate the rules and regulations governing the import and export of
goods. Round Table Discussions among your channel partners will give you
guidance on how to be more profitable and competitive in the global
economy.
New features for
Safety Week 2006 include more time for one on one supplier and
distributor meetings and registration discounts. All executive
conference appointments have been expanded to 20 minutes allowing for a
total of nine appointments. We are proud to announce a new distributor
conference discount for all distributor members registering more than
one distributor member for the meeting. Register one distributor member
at the regular registration rate of $599 and all additional distributor
registrants will receive a $200 discount.

The 2006 Safety
Week Golf Tournament will be held at the Château on the Chateau course
on Sunday, June 25. This par 71 championship course was given four stars
by Golf Digest magazine and was designed by Atlanta architect
Denis Griffiths. The Safety Week Golf Tournament is for golfers at all
skill levels.
Spouses and
companions are invited to make the most of their Château visit and
partake in a tour of the winery. The tour begins in the Château Wine
Market, where guests are met and welcomed by an executive tour guide,
who will accompany the group throughout the tour. The tour provides
extensive information regarding the winery itself, the process of wine
making for red and white wine, aging process in oak barrels and the
final bottling process. Registration is complimentary with all
spouse/companion registrations; pre-registration is required.
Safety Week 2006
is all about improving on how safety equipment manufacturers,
distributors and suppliers do business with one another and with their
customers. Through three days of networking and dynamic speaker
presentations you will discover new ways to improve your business and
your relationships in the supply channel. If growing your company is
important to you, there’s no better place for you to be this June than
Safety Week 2006.
