Available

available. The survey is a great tool to

adequate compensation system for employees. It draws data from more than
3,000 wholesale distribution firms in 25 commodity lines.

survey is free to members who participated. Companies that did not

New DOL Overtime Rule Takes
Effect August 23
On April 23, 2004, the Department of Labor
issued final regulations under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA)
implementing new, updated regulations covering the exemption from
minimum wage and overtime pay for executive, administrative,
professional, outside sales and computer employees. (69 Fed. Reg.
22122). The final rule is scheduled to become effective on August 23,
