Fax Ban Regulations Postponed - Remedial Legislation Pending

The Federal Communications Commission has voted to postpone the effective date of its new fax ban regulations until July 1, 2005. This is the second time the FCC has postponed implementation of the rules in the face of stiff opposition from business organizations.  DETAILS

Most Distributors Provide MSDSs Upon Request

SEDA recently surveyed members to determine what the most common practice is in the industry regarding MSDS distribution. Of the 14 distributors who responded to the survey, 12 (86%) indicated that they provide MSDS’s only upon the customer’s request. DETAILS
