Who We AreThe Safety Equipment Distributor's Association is the trade association comprised of companies that distribute safety equipment and related products and services. Its member companies are leaders in the distribution of personal protective equipment to a broad spectrum of users- to include general industry, construction, municipalities, utilities, schools and laboratories.Our product offering includes the following areas: All products, protective apparel, ergonomics, eye/face protection, environmental safety, emergency showers & eye wash, industrial first aid, fall protection, foot protection, fire protection, flammable storage & handling, hand protection, head protection, hearing products, hazardous material, instrumentation, other, respiratory products, sign communication, training/education. The Safety Equipment Distributor's Association was formed in 1968. The mission of our organization is as follows:
SEDA Organizational StructureVolunteerism is the driving force behind SEDA's growth and success. Distributor and affiliate members develop, recommend and oversee benefits and services that affect the entire association.Member volunteers who serve annually on SEDA committees help generate awareness of programs and services, stimulate interest among members and assess overall satisfaction. Committee members have helped shape SEDA's progress and continue to foster spirited involvement within the membership. Becoming a SEDA member and sharing your talents on a committee, can make a difference for SEDA's future. After all, the success of any association comes directly from its dedicated members and volunteers. SEDA is no exception.
